We know, we know. This is a unique audience pool we're targeting (if you actually clicked in, congrats)... you're one of the rare ones who possibly enjoy BOTH açaí and chia seeds: two superfoods that have taken the world by storm.
Located in Clarke Quay, this bright and neon orange shop is a siren's call from the sea—which ain't surprising given its beach-esque vibes. The shop seductively calls us in, and we don't resist!
From the menu to the bright, beachy interior, Chia Puddies gives us major Cocobella Lifebar vibes. That coconut dessert spot is as Instagrammable as it is delicious. But let’s stay focused. Today, it’s all about Chia Puddies ^.^
We're greeted by the cheerful and chirpy staff at the cashier who offer their generous recommendations and are super friendly <3
So... Chia Puddies specialises in chia pudding bowls and smoothies, offering 6 unique flavours from refreshing coconut to the in-famous matcha flavour for all matcha lovers.
With pure honey and no added sugar, these bowls are a soft spot for all health-conscious foodies or anyone on a wellness kick 💪 After some low-key bickering (hehe), we decided to try their signature, the Morning Bowl ($12.50). Filled with Banana Blueberry Chia Pudding, Yogurt, Cookie Butter, Granola, Bananas & Blueberries, this bowl is anything but basic.
We honestly loved how the cookie butter blended so well with the overall flavour. The yogurt mixed with the chia pudding created a creamy combo that was rich but didn’t overpower the banana and blueberry notes. Sounds like a mouthful? Well, mission accomplished.
To round off our treat, we ordered the Chocolate Chia Smoothie ($9.80)... a new menu item. If you're into thick, chocolatey drinks, this might just be the one to satisfy your cocoa cravings.
P.S. The chia seeds give both the dessert and smoothie a thick, silky texture. We weren’t used to it at first, but it slowly grew on us. By the end, we were thinking, "Help, it's good."
