Calling all Indomie fanatics... this open-till-1am spot is for you!
Being a fanatic myself, I once stumbled upon a TikTok about a supposed new Indomie restaurant. But just like a fever dream, the video vanished into the void, never to be seen again. To make things worse, the post didn’t even mention the restaurant’s name. Typical. Still, my craving-fuelled determination kicked in, and so began my “maggie manhunt.”
After some reverse-image sleuthing, I finally tracked it down. Tucked away in Bukit Batok’s Le Quest Shopping Mall, Maggie and Mi feels like a true “if you know, you know” gem, with mostly neighbourhood regulars filling its humble space.
Cutting to the chase, there's not much of an ambience. The humble shop front is simple with its main goal of bringing good, hearty food to the people. Their concept is straightforward: each dish comes with a serving of Indomie, either in the original or mala flavour, and you get to choose your protein along with a side.

Let’s be real: Indomie always hits different when someone else cooks it for you. Here, the noodles are fragrant, perfectly springy, and tossed with crispy shallots and that addictive signature sauce. The crowning glory? A silky onsen egg that melts into the noodles, adding creamy richness with every bite. If this isn’t the ultimate supper guilty pleasure, I don’t know what is.
We ordered three proteins:
Chicken Chop with Garlic Indomie ($6.60, SG60 special)
Fried Chicken Cutlet Indomie ($9.90)
Wagyu Hamburg Indomie ($13.90)
First impression? The portions are huge. Definitely sharable if you’re a smaller eater.

Our top pick was the Wagyu Hamburg. Juicy, beefy, and flavour-packed, it was delicious both on its own and when mixed with the noodles. The chicken chop and cutlet were solid too: the chop tender and well-cooked (though its sauce leaned on the salty side), and the cutlet satisfyingly crispy without being greasy.

Pro tip: if you’re sensitive to salt, go for the fried options.
And of course, we can't forget the sides we shared. We decided on the Spiced Tempura Cauliflower ($5.90). Lightly battered cauliflower bites came piping hot and again, in huge portions. Pair with your sauce of choice, or do what I did and pair it with your Indomie and protein for the perfect bite.

Overall, this is the perfect late-night spot to satisfy those midnight cravings and get some zinged-up Indomie, and the best part is there's no GST or service charge!
So if you're having the Indomie munchies, check out this filling spot, and like me, it'll have you travelling back for more :)
